At DEFCAP GLOBAL INC, fulfillment refers to the timely and professional delivery of our real estate consulting services. This policy explains how we deliver consultations and strategy sessions so clients know exactly what to expect after booking.

Our Services

DEFCAP GLOBAL INC offers three core consulting services:

• Real Estate Investment Consultation Starting at $350
• Property Acquisition Strategy Session Starting at $750
• Real Estate Development Consulting Starting at $1,500

How Fulfillment Works

1. 01

   Booking & Payment

   Once a client books and pays for a service, DEFCAP GLOBAL INC will contact the client within 1 business day to schedule the consultation.

2. 02

   Scheduling

   Sessions are conducted via Zoom, or by phone when preferred. We work with each client to find a mutually convenient time. Most sessions are scheduled within 3–7 business days of booking, depending on availability.

3. 03

   Delivery of Service

   • The client receives a calendar invitation with the meeting link.
   • The session is a focused, one-on-one consultation with a senior consultant.
   • After the session, the client receives a professional written summary, including key recommendations, next steps, and any supporting materials, within 48 hours.
4. 04

   What Clients Receive

   • A live strategy session tailored to the client’s specific goals.
   • Actionable recommendations and market insights.
   • A written follow-up summary and next-step plan.
   • Access to a consultant for immediate follow-up questions within 7 days of the session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
